AN EXHAUSTING DILEMMA
While other gods started making complex and complicated designs of life, the smartest god started with the simplest option, single cell life. When other gods were busy showing their skills to make the best civilization, this god slowly evolved a simple organism, with each passing of time. Slowly and steadily he kept on updating and evolving. Other gods kept a watch on his plans. When they were busy imparting their insurmountable knowledge and technology into their life forms… the one who is arguably the smartest one in the lot, was playing with single cell organisms. Confused and irritated they asked him, " What's the sense in this? We are giving our creations everything whereas you, you are just messing around with simple creatures? Are you not taking this seriously?" He smiled and answered, " It's not that I am not serious. This is my creation. I am not parting my knowledge into this civilization. Untill now, I was just improving the conditions of this sphere so my magnus opus can survive here. Soon my creations will be ready. They won't be imparting my knowledge but they will learn, understand and find their answers themselves. My creations will be able to think for themselves and evolve with time. I will call them 'Humans'. Don't worry you will soon see them."
With time, the organisms became complicated and complex. The smartest god started making his magnus opus, "Humans" , as he famously called them. They were not the strongest, not the biggest, not even the fastest. But they were bestowed upon with the most complex brains of all time. This brain have a galaxy of neurons which made them think, feel and learn just like their creators. Every other god was awestruck by the sheer complexity of this brain and the organism. Like a well oiled machine, the body of organic matters moved so effortlessly and natural, other gods were quite jealous of this achievement. But due to some problem, the smartest god was still not ready to release this organism into the Earth yet. When asked about it, a frown emerged onto his head. He was never seen frowning before. He explains. " An exhausting dilemma have emerged in this model. To work for a period of generations, this body will evolve with time. But, even then it will get worn out or weaken when over worked. For physical fatigue I have given them pain sensors which alerts the body of any physical exertion. For emotional exertion, the pain sensors get activated too, but get's confused. Mental exertion, mental pain, emotions, these things makes these humans stronger. But there is no way to cope with the aftermaths. How can I exhaust these with something, which cools the body and release the mental stress?" And while explaining, he was pouring a glass of water for himself. He was so into his thoughts, that he overfills and spills the water. But one thing caught his eyes. Just before the glass was going to overflow, the water tried to hold on to the brim, soaking energy and acting against the force. He fills the glass to the brim and this time drops single drops of water, one at a time, to check how many drops of water can hold the tension. The drops kept on increasing while the water held its own. It took a lot of drops to finally overflow. And when it finally did, that's when it struck him. He ran towards his workplace, and made an exhaust for emotions of humans. He was soo impressed by this exhaust that later he provided every organism, who have feelings, with one. All the gods bowed their heads and congratulated him on his success and his perfect solution for that awkward, exhausting dilemma of his.
This exhaust of emotional exertion was called TEARS and the process was named CRYING.
Crying is our emotional exhaust fan. It wakes up everytime we are emotionally weak. Like the water in the glass, when emotions tend to overflow, crying holds up till the brim, drop by drop it holds our emotions till the last and finally, it vents off the excess. If you close the glass with a lid, and keep on accumulating the emotions, the glass breaks. That's why crying helps us to release the accumulated emotions. But… people started using crying as a synonym to weakness. People often say, " Don't cry infront of others, it shows you are weak. " This type of misconceptions causes people to close the lid on their emotional self, holding everything in, till they burst open one day or completely shatter themselves. Crying is a boon, which shows you have feelings, things matter to you, you understand pain. Use it whenever and wherever you require to be in peace with your emotions. Like it pains when a bruise starts healing, crying denotes emotional healing. So break the taboos about crying. Vent off the excess whenever needed. If you don't use this emotional exhaust fan of yours, you will get full eventually and break.
